Questions and answers
What does it cost in Sweden?
29 kr per 2 hours in the app, or 39 kr in the web app without the app. If the powerbank isn’t returned within 72 hours, you pay 650 kr.
What does it cost in Finland?
€2.95 per 2 hours in the app, or €3.95 in the web app. You never pay more than €8 per day. If the powerbank isn’t returned within 3 days, you pay €65.

The current price is always shown before your rental starts.
Do I need the app?
No. Scan the QR code on the station and pay by card, Apple Pay or Google Pay in your browser. The app is cheaper and shows you the nearest station.
How do I rent a powerbank?
Scan the QR code on a LecToGo station, take the powerbank and charge. Done? Return it to any LecToGo station.
How long does it take to charge my phone?
Every phone is different. 1–2 hours is usually enough.
What’s in the powerbank?
5000 mAh and built-in cables for USB-C, Lightning and Micro-USB.
Is it free to have a station at my venue?
Yes, in Sweden, Finland and Norway. Get in touch and we’ll tell you more.
Who helps me if something goes wrong?
